The 16th edition of IPL- the biggest T20 League with the top notch cricketers and whopping fanbase worldwide commences on 31st March 2023.
In a recent Press Conference, BCCI announced Saudi Arabia Tourism as one of the associate sponsors for the upcoming IPL.
As per media reports - The global marketing team at STA has identified the Indian subcontinent as a key market and wants continually enhancing ways in which it can excite tourists and welcome them to Saudi Arabia which is opening up like never before.
STA couldn’t have chosen a better sports led media asset than IPL to bank on with it’s colossal fanbase, massive in-stadium audience and mammoth viewership in order to propagate their message. CORCOM Media Ventures, the agency to facilitate and finalise this deal has given us the mandate to drive and disseminate STA’s campaign through Stadium and Mall Activations across India. Last weekend, we kicked it off at Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai. Visitors at specific malls in the cities were in for a pleasant surprise and immersive experience…. They got to learn about various destinations and range of tourist packages offered by STA, click snaps with picturesque UNESCO Heritage sites as backdrops, enter a lucky draw contest and win exciting prizes including tickets to IPL Matches.
As self-explicit from the snaps here, a massive buzz was created and the visitors at all participating malls across cities went well informed about a new amazing vacation option in Saudi Arabia which offers an ‘experience that they haven’t experienced before’, and happy to have LIVED IT for a short duration at the mall.
