‘3PointO’ takes the wheels to drive in Tata Motors LCV-ACE.

We delivered 5 successful activations for TATA Ace in the Greater Mumbai region between Jan 2022- April 2022.

We were thrilled to flag-off our new entrepreneurial journey with India’s most respected and trusted brand- Tata. The project involved jotting down and discussing the entire scope of activities with the Dealership & TML teams with the overall destination in mind. We worked hand-in-hand at each stage with the team deployed by the client. The first step was preparing an activity calendar just before the start of the month and booking the venue for the Mini and Big Customer Meets in advance and also finalizing the hotels for post parties.

Designing the Invitation Cards for the Large/Small Customer & Influencer Meet. The next series of activities were- Budgeting with the Dealership & TML teams in advance with details for each of the sub-activities- DSE allocation, Drivers for Demo/Test Drive vehicles, preparing and updating the Customers/Influencer database, zone wise, calling the prospective customers and follow-up calls and finalization of database.

We prepared a pre-event, event-day tracker and kept apprising the client about the design, the framework and plan for the day of event and during pre-activity days. We managed all the permissions required and coordinated with all the vendors for smooth execution of the event.

The activity was rolled out at strategic locations and premediated time zones to ensure maximum impact. The test drives were organised at APMC Market- Vashi

We captured all details with respect to validated customers and influencer along with verified contact details. We also arranged a few ‘meet and greet’ cocktail dinners for the distributors, dealers and client’s team which was an opportunity for them to come together and discuss the way forward for formulate a win-win scenario for all stakeholders.
